Ziva has recently been learning a lot at an amazing rate.

Most notably (as I have described it in my previous post) is when she learned to pick up anything that resembles a mobile phone and blurt out the words "odiyowdi" and "omiyowmi" pretending to be talking to me or her mom.  Then she goes on pretending to be having a conversation by making head and hand gestures while saying the words "yeah!" over and over.  There was this one time when she did this while walking around the couch.  Super cute!   Where was my phone when I needed it?  I have yet to capture this on video.

We started introducing her to brushing shortly after her front teeth popped out.  Her first toothpaste was the milk toothy pegs.  Her mom would start brushing her teeth gently in front of the mirror while I carry her.  She loved it instantly!  It's either that or she just loved the taste of the toothpaste.  We're happy just the same.

We've been doing this every night and after sometime she sort of know now when it's time.  She'll be excited and will jump on me while pointing towards the mirror where her toothbrush is kept.

The other night was no different as we took her to the usual routine.  After brushing, we let her play around while she held on to her toothbrush.  I noticed her holding it and mimicking us while we brush our teeth.  I then realized that she is actually brushing her teeth, on her own!  So I quickly grabbed my phone and captured it on video.  Quick thinking, hey?
I wonder what she's got next?
